At Hanscolens, we thanks our customers for their purchase from our website. Also, we recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms and conditions. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as a customer for any purchase that you make on our website.

We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of the customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

  • If due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by Hanscolens.com then the order can be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you.
  • If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.
  • However, if a customer submits wrong information on lenses for eyeglasses frames then Hanscolens will only refund money for frames. No refund will be issued for the wrongly ordered prescription of the lenses & contact lenses and their type, size and color.
  • We suggest our customers to not accept the delivery in case of a damaged packaging. Simply refuse to take the order and inform us within 2 hours so that we can take further action.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to not accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us (customersupport@hanscolens.com) or call us (Toll Free No.: 8010161016) to log in the issue within 2 hours of receiving the product . If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.
